With the CliftonStrengths Assessment, we’ll uncover your Top 5 strengths from a list of 34 distinct themes. The assessment takes approximately 20-25 minutes where you are asked a series of statements and what best describes you. There are no right or wrong answers; the goal is to capture your immediate and instinctive answer!

STEP TWO: 60-minute coaching session - for self-reflection and discussion
Following the assessment, we’ll set up a 60-minute coaching session in person or over the phone to review together. The goal: a deep drive into each of your five (5) strengths. To understand what they are, their definition, possible blind spots, and how to apply them in your daily life.
